Hongming Sheng manufactures custom hinged door electrical enclosures, control boxes and industrial cabinets according to customer drawings, CAD models or samples. We support custom door panels, internal mounting features, cable entries and mechanical assembly for OEM equipment.

Door Panels Built Around Your Controls

Display openings, push-button holes, indicator positions, locks and handles can be produced to the specified layout. Hinge positions, opening direction and access space should be reviewed with the enclosure installation.

Internal Mounting and Cable Entry

Mounting plates, internal brackets, studs and fasteners can be supplied to the drawing. Assembly may include hinges, locks, gaskets and mounting hardware according to the agreed scope.

Cable entry plates, connector cutouts, gland openings and ventilation features can be customized. Wall-mounted boxes and floor-standing cabinets are reviewed around equipment dimensions and installation requirements.

Materials and Finish Options

Specify thickness, color, texture and any masked areas. Custom color matching can be reviewed against a finish specification or sample.

Sealing, Ventilation and Project Requirements

Specify any IP65 or IP66 target and required verification before quotation. Gasket selection, door closure, cable entry hardware and ventilation need to be reviewed with the final assembly.

For projects with EMI shielding requirements, include the relevant joint, bonding and interface details. The required features and acceptance criteria are agreed for the specified enclosure configuration.

Fabrication, Assembly and Inspection

The manufacturing scope can include drawing review, laser cutting, sheet forming, CNC bending, machining, TIG/MIG welding where required, surface finishing, hardware assembly and protective export packaging.

Inspection requirements can cover critical dimensions, panel openings, door alignment, hinge movement, hardware installation and surface appearance before shipment.

Prototype, small batch and volume production are available, with manufacturability feedback before production and samples for assembly review.
